In addition to our thoughtfully supplied and beautifully designed venue, overnight accommodations, and multi-day rental, take a look at all of the additional professionals included when you book with us! More than 10 vendor services are already INCLUDED!

- for the day before your event for decorating, rehearsal, space for rehearsal dinner, and overnight stay in the bridal suite and groom’s lounge with your wedding party

- for the day after if you wish to have a late check out of 5 pm for you and all your guests staying in our accommodations. Catered brunch for 25 of you and your guest. You may have a catered private brunch brought to you at your honeymoon treehouse if you wish instead

Reach out to us via text, email, or message with any questions or to schedule a venue tour. We’re available by appointment any day of the week, ready to help you take the first step toward your dream wedding.

03 / Secure Your Date

Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll send you a contract via DocuSign and a request for the retainer deposit through QuickBooks. You’ll have seven days to review, sign, and make the deposit to confirm your date and officially secure your spot.

02 / Tour

Visit our venue to experience its beauty and imagine your special day coming to life. Once you’ve fallen in love with the space, choose your desired wedding date. We’ll place a verbal soft hold on the date while you finalize your decision.

04 / You’re Booked!

After booking, you’ll receive a personalized digital wedding portal to help you stay organized. You can make payments toward your remaining balance in any amount and on a schedule that works for you, as long as it’s paid in full 60 days before your event.

Our venue is pet friendly for the bride and groom with notifying the venue. We do ask not to have pets within the reception area with food.

You may use whomever you wish. . I have recommendations if you need assistance, but you may whom you want. I ask for their certificate of insurance (COI) and/or your day of event insurance. I can send you the link for this.
